 From Ixonia, Oconomowoc, and Areas East of Watertown:

Travel west on Highway 16 toward Watertown. Follow the blue signs for the hospital and turn right onto Main Street or Oak Hill Road. Right after turning, make a quick left onto Highway 16 Frontage Road. Continue along the frontage road and turn onto Boughton Street. Then turn onto Schumann Drive and follow the road up the hill. The parking lot for the Medical Office Building will be on your left at the top of the hill.

From Johnson Creek and Points South:
Head north on Highway 26 toward Watertown. Take the exit for Highway 16 East. At the traffic light, turn left onto Fourth Street (also marked as County Road R North). Immediately turn right onto Highway 16 Frontage Road. Continue along the frontage road, then turn onto Boughton Street. From Boughton Street, turn onto Schumann Drive and follow the road up the hill. The parking lot for the Medical Office Building will be on your left at the top of the hill.

From Lake Mills:
Take I-94 to the Johnson Creek exit and then head north on Highway 26. From there, follow the directions listed above for Johnson Creek and Points South.

From Waterloo and Areas West of Watertown:
Drive east on Highway 19 toward Watertown. Once you reach the Highway 26 Bypass, head north. At the stoplight, take a quick right onto Highway 16 Frontage Road. Continue along the frontage road and follow the directions above, turning onto Boughton Street and then Schumann Drive. Follow the road up the hill, where the Medical Office Building parking lot will be on your left.

From Juneau and Areas North of Watertown:
Take Highway 26 south toward Watertown and exit onto Highway 16 East. At the traffic light, turn onto Fourth Street or County Road R North. Make an immediate right onto Highway 16 Frontage Road. Continue along the frontage road and turn onto Boughton Street. Then turn onto Schumann Drive and follow the road up the hill. The parking lot for the Medical Office Building will be on your left at the top of the hill.
