Our Health Coaching Program is designed for patients who want support with the day-to-day habits that influence well-being without the pressure of perfection. Led by National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach Lauren Walsh, this program focuses on creating space for realistic, sustainable change that works in real life.
Lauren partners with patients to explore what matters most to them. She helps turn overwhelming goals into meaningful, achievable steps, whether that means adjusting a morning routine, building consistency with meals, finding motivation to move more, or simply feeling less stuck.
